What If I Experience Technical Issues?

While we don't offer refunds, we are committed to resolving technical issues. If you face any of the following problems, please contact us immediately:

  • Payment deducted but no download link received
  • Unable to download your biodata PDF
  • Corrupted or damaged PDF file
  • Download link not working

In such cases, we will investigate and provide the necessary support to ensure you receive your purchased biodata. Our goal is to resolve all technical issues within 24-48 hours.

Payment Failures or Double Charges

If your payment fails or if you are accidentally charged twice:

  • Payment Failure: The amount will be automatically refunded to your account within 5-7 business days by Cashfree (our payment gateway)
  • Double Charge: Contact us immediately with your transaction details. We will verify and initiate a refund for the duplicate charge

When Refunds May Be Considered

In extremely rare cases, we may consider a refund request ONLY if:

  • There was a technical error on our end that prevented delivery
  • You were charged but did not receive access to any biodata
  • You were double-charged for the same order

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Final decisions rest with Shaadi Biodata Maker management.
